What Is Energy Healing and Why You Might Need an Energy Clearing

Or maybe you’ve been under intense pressure at work, absorbing tension from coworkers and clients until it starts affecting your sleep, your mood, even your physical body.

Energy healing and clearing is an ancient practice that helps remove stagnant or negative energy from your body, mind, and spirit. In my sessions, I use a combination of plant medicine, sacred smoke, and shamanic techniques to cleanse your energetic field and bring you back into alignment.

These aren’t just modern wellness trends they’re grounded in ancestral knowledge and healing traditions that have been passed down for generations which I have been apprenticed in during my time living in Mexico working with shamans, there such a cleansing is called a Limpia, literally a cleaning, because the ceremonies clean and clear your energy. In my Vancouver sacred space, my energy clearing rite is conducted with herbs like copal, basil, rosemary and palo santo to clear dense energy, while using intuitive guidance and ritual to call your spirit back into balance. An energy clearing ritual is not just a cleanse, it calls the soul back into the body.
